Planting 100,000 trees on Iowa State Lands
To celebrate the NASF Centennial Challenge, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources planted 103, 975 trees in state parks, forests and wildlife areas. This was also part of a dual celebration for Iowa’s parks turning 100.
